Club Icon Bangladesh and IHG One Rewards are two separate programmes. Club Icon is a paid Bangladesh-only membership giving dining, stay, spa and wellness benefits applicable only at Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport. IHG One Rewards is IHG's free global loyalty programme that earns points on hotel stays. You cannot combine benefits from both, and Club Icon spends do not earn IHG One Rewards points.

Can membership benefits be used immediately after activation?

Yes, you can start enjoying the benefits within two hours, once the payment and activation process are completed between Saturday to Thursday 9:30am to 6:30pm. Post 6:30pm, the benefits will be applicable by 10:00am the next day. You need to download the Club Icon Bangladesh App and activate your membership account.

Can a spouse member also use member vouchers?
